1. General Provisions

This website, liver.am (the “Website”), is operated by Liver LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Liver Heritage Store©️ presents original jewelry pieces inspired by Armenian cultural heritage.

By accessing the Website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use the Website or make a purchase.
• By using the Website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Products

• All jewelry sold under Liver Heritage is crafted from gold and natural stones.
• Each piece is unique; natural variations in stones or color may occur.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only; minor differences may occur between the image and actual product.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in AMD and include taxes.
• Payment methods accepted: card, bank transfer.
• Full payment is required before an order is processed.

4.1 All online card payments are processed exclusively through 3D Secure authentication systems.

The customer is redirected to the bank’s secure payment environment, where cardholder authentication is իրականացվում է one-time password (OTP) or other bank verification methods.

The Company does not store or have access to the customer’s full card details at any stage of the transaction.

All transactions are protected in accordance with international security standards.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver within Armenia only.
• Delivery hours: Monday to Sunday , 11:00 to 19:00.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
• Delivery of more than one product of the same jewelry item is completed within 10 days.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase (check or receipt).
• Custom, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
• Returns are subject to inspection. Items damaged by misuse, wear, or improper care are not eligible for refund.

7. Warranty & Authenticity

• All jewelry comes with a certificate of authenticity.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
• Warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use, damage, or negligence
  • Modifications by third parties

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Website, including images, designs, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the exclusive property of Liver Heritage.
• Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Website and its content are provided “as is”.
• Liver Heritage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
• Any disputes arising from or related to the Website or purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Armenian courts.

11. Amendments

• Liver Heritage reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Changes become effective upon publication on the Website.

13. Order Cancellation and Refund

In case of cancellation of a purchase made through the website, the refund will be processed within up to 14 business days.

The return is accepted provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all original packaging preserved.

It is mandatory to present the payment receipt.

14. Data Security & SSL Protection

The Website is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology, ensuring that all data transmitted between the user and the Website remains private and secure.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect customer information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

15. Delivery Terms

Delivery within Yerevan is completed within 1 business day.
If the order includes more than one item of the same product, delivery may take 7–10 business days.
Delivery within Yerevan is free of charge.
Delivery outside Yerevan is completed within 3–5 business days, cost: 20,000 AMD.

 

If the Cardholder’s card currency does not correspond to the transaction currency, the conversion shall be carried out in accordance with the rules established by the relevant payment settlement system and the Card-issuing Bank.

 

 

PUBLIC AGREEMENT (OFFER)
FOR THE SALE OF PRODUCTS THROUGH THE LIVER.AM WEBSITE
 

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Public Agreement (Offer) constitutes a public offer presented by the Liver.am website (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and addressed to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).

1.2. Placing an order on the website, making a payment, or checking the “I agree to the terms and conditions” box shall be considered full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.

1.3. Upon acceptance of the Offer, this Agreement shall be deemed concluded between the Customer and the Seller.

1.4. The Customer confirms that they have read all the terms of the Agreement and fully accept them.

1.5. The Seller reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of an order if its execution is technically impossible or impossible for any other reason.

 

2. DEFINITIONS

Website – www.liver.am

Seller – Liver brand / company
Customer – any individual or legal entity who places an order
Order – a purchase request placed through the website
Product – jewelry, accessories, collections, and other products presented on the website
Payment – the cost of the product and, where applicable, the delivery fee

 

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the products presented on the website to the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to pay for them.

3.2. The product description, photographs, price, and available options are presented on the website.

3.3. Prices may be changed without prior notice; however, the price of a confirmed order is not subject to change.
 

4. ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT

4.1. Orders are placed through the Liver.am website.

4.2. The Customer undertakes to provide accurate information, including name, phone number, delivery address, and other necessary details.

4.3. Payment may be made by:

bank card
bank transfer
other available payment methods

4.4. Payment shall be deemed completed upon receipt of the funds.

 

5. DELIVERY

5.1. Delivery timeframes are provided during order confirmation.

5.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the address, business days, and the delivery service.

5.3. The Seller shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by the actions of third-party delivery services.

 

6. RETURN AND EXCHANGE

6.1. The Customer may request a return or exchange within the time limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

6.2. A return is possible if the product:

has not been used
has retained its original condition
has complete packaging
is accompanied by proof of payment

6.3. Products made to individual order or personalized products are not subject to return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

 

7. LIABILITY

7.1. The Seller shall not be liable for minor color differences caused by screen display settings.

7.2. The Seller shall not be liable for damage caused by improper use or storage after delivery.

 

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. All disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations.

8.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

 

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. The Liver.am website reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time.

9.2. Amendments shall come into force from the moment they are published on the website.
